We had another great year in 2016.  My team closed over $26,000,000 in sales and all of our team members had personal bests in 2016.  The driving factor for our healthy market was low unemployment and low interest rates.  We would have had an even stronger year if we would have had more inventory to sell.  Home prices rose in most markets because of this lack of inventory.  New Construction also had a great year in 2016 getting closer and closer to pre recession numbers in Porter and Lake counties.  

In 2017 we are expecting another healthy market with prices continuing to rise along with interest rates.  We are predicting some regulations will be loosened on lending and this could help drive the market this year.  We are also still seeing a strong
